How do I make a booking with Banjara Experiences and confirm it?

After finalising your preferred tour, simply contact us by email or phone, and one of our team members will assist you with the booking process. You have an option to pay for the tour in full upfront or in instalments as per our BOOKING CONFIRMATION RULES.

How can I pay for my booking?

Domestic clients

Individuals who hold Indian nationality or reside in India and possess an Indian bank account may transfer funds to our account and provide evidence of the transaction as confirmation of their booking.

International clients

In case you are not a resident of India, kindly get in touch with us through email at [email protected]. Subsequently, we will provide you with an email containing a link for online payment. Your experience with us will commence once your payment is successfully confirmed.

I want to cancel my booking. Will I get a refund? If yes, how much?

Refunds for your booking are subject to the cancellation date. For additional information, kindly refer to the refund policy here.

If I can’t make it for a fixed departure adventure, can I join the next batch?

We recognize that circumstances can sometimes cause us to alter our plans. In such cases, we'll attempt to accommodate you in the next batch for the same trek at no additional cost, subject to availability and our ability to achieve the minimum required number of participants to conduct the tour.

Can I change my booking to a different adventure or stay?

You can modify your booking to a different trek route/plan, subject to availability. In the event that the new trek is less costly than your original reservation, no reimbursement will be provided. However, if the new booking is more expensive, you'll be responsible for paying the difference.

Can I alter the dates of private/single group adventures and stays?

If you need to tweak your itinerary by a few days, we may be able to help. Our team and support staff are available to assist with adjustments before or after the scheduled departure, depending on availability. Contact us for more details.

Can I customise my booking to suit my group’s needs?

We try our best to accommodate all requests for customisation, but we also consider the impact on other participants. Personal needs can be accommodated, but changes affecting others require careful consideration. If the tour is a single group, we can make necessary adjustments, but if there are multiple groups or solo trekkers, we must consider the interests of the whole group. Please let us know your needs so that we can create the best trekking experience for all.

Can last minute changes be accommodated?

Unfortunately, last-minute changes to departure dates can be challenging for us to accommodate, as our group planning process is set in motion well in advance. However, we may be able to arrange for separate arrival and transportation to the trekking location if you inform us in advance, and an additional cost may apply.
