Challenging terrain, glacier walks, river crossings, and campsites with spectacular views—this trek has it all
Considered one of the most iconic treks in India by seasoned travellers, the Parang La trek, which connects Spiti to Ladakh, has stood the test of time. On this ancient trade route, we'll cross the pristine Parang Glacier, camp at some of the world’s best high-altitude wetlands, traverse thrilling river crossings, and sight Blue Sheep, Himalayan Red Fox, Marmots, Kiangs and the Himalayan Ibex. The trek culminates with breathtaking views of the Tsomoriri, and if we’re lucky, also see the elusive Snow Leopard.
